A bit of the Ligonier Country Market can be found year round at the Connections Store in Ligonier. Featured at the store are locally handmade jewelry, natural soaps, lotions and ointments. The works of local artists can also be discovered in inspirational oil and water color paintings as well as handsewn mini quilts. In the quaint kitchen of the Connections Store, local honey, maple syrup, teas and homemade jelly and jams can be found.
In addition, the Connections Store carries "A Few of Our Favorite Things" for children including a carefully selected assortment of educational kits, children's CD's, books, toys and art supplies.
A new Sports Room has opened with assorted merchandise including many Pittsburgh Steeler items. The Connections Store is a branch of Ligonier Valley Learning Center, Inc., a non-profit human service agency.
